Lawn Maintenance
Spring Cleanup
Our lawncare team will provide spring cleanups for your property. This includes common areas, border edges, tree bowls and planters. Powerraking or Aerating services can also be provided upon request. We aim to have spring cleanups completed by the first week of May.
Fall Cleanups
Leaves are tricky in the fall, but we have you covered! Fall cleanup includes cleaning leaves, debris and shrubs from all lawn areas. We will also clean out tree bowls & planters and follow up with a final cut & clean of the lawn.
Grass Cutting & Weed Control
We will tailor a lawn maintenance plan to fit your needs & budget. Agreements can be made for Weekly or Monthly visits. This seasonal service will range from May till the last week of October, weather permitting. Grass is to be maintained to 2 inches and will be clipped and trimmed along edges, trees, plant & shrub areas. AIM prefers to leave mulch on edges & do bagless cuts when possible for health of the lawn. Clippings will be removed as well. We will monitor precipication & adjust our visits accordingly to maintain proper length.
Weed control and fertilizer are also avaliable upon request. This can also be applied to shrub beds, rock beds and concrete edges. Fertilizer will be applied twice a year for all common lawn areas; however, we can do additional rounds of fertilization if you require.
